Come and join us on Sunday mornings for an exclusive Adult Aikido Class on the Nishi-Machi International School premises in Moto-Azabu-Juban. The class is taught by Andrew Leitch Sensei, 3 Dan, chief instructor and Founder of Zenten Aikido.

Learn how to defend yourself with a Japanese martial art based on spheric movements and flow to control your opponent’s balance. You will learn how to use mechanical advantages of Aikido techniques over brute force to defend yourself and feel more confident in day-to-day life

The class is open to experienced practitioners and beginners alike. The nature of Aikido is such that no matter your skill level, you will be able to learn from both advanced practitioners an other beginner students.
