LEARNING AIKIDO
Aikido is a modern Japanese martial art that aims to teach practitioners to
defend themselves without injuring their opponents, and one of the skills
incorporated by the Japanese police in law enforcement.
Through our Aikido class, children learn to respect and care for others by working with partners in a safe manner, and develop skills to protect themselves from falls and injuries.
Our instructors have years of experience training in Aikido and working with children. Classes are based on a learning through play method making them fun and engaging!
